A basement conversion and expansion from storage to living space. Key elements include interior soil excavation, cast-in-place structural concrete foundation modification, concrete bar island, rustic white oak surfaces, egress window, drywall reveal trims, solid fir floating shelf and bench fabrications, custom LED accent lighting, the illusion of real skylights integrated into existing framing with light defusing resin panels over fluorescent lighting, new engineered foundation with built-in polished concrete shelves, concealed doors to storage spaces, custom sand blasted 1/2" solid stainless steel countertops and shelf, custom solid oak and powder coated steel wine racks. |
